This privacy policy applies to the mobile applications published by Black Tongue Studios, LLC.
Information we collect
We do not require an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number or other personal information directly. We do not run our own analytics or tracking services.
Advertising
Some of our apps display ads served by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob. These services may collect and use your device's advertising ID, IP address, and certain device and usage information (such as app interactions and diagnostics) to deliver ads, measure their performance, and prevent fraud. We do not control or receive this data. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings (on most Android devices: Settings > Google > Ads). Some of our story apps show a short rewarded video ad between chapters; in those apps, watching the ad is how you continue the story, and you can instead quit and resume later from where you left off. Our other apps show only optional rewarded ads. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads, and you can change your ad personalization choices at any time in your device settings.
In-app purchases
Some of our apps offer optional in-app purchases (for example, unlocking additional story content). These purchases are processed entirely by Google Play's billing system. We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment information, Google account details, or purchase history.
Data stored on your device
Our apps save your reading or game progress, settings and scores locally on your device. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Children's privacy
Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Some of our apps are intended for older audiences; the recommended age for each app is shown on its Google Play listing. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact blacktonguestudios@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Your choices
We do not hold personal information about you, so there is nothing for us to export or delete. Ad-related data is handled by Google; you can manage or delete it at myaccount.google.com, and you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
